Contract & Application Process
You can read the full North American Bancard contract terms on their website. Their standard contract is a 3-year service time period, which isn’t uncommon in the payment processing industry. It will automatically renew unless you cancel in writing 60 days prior to the end date on the contract.
If you are going to cancel within the 3-year period, be sure to notify the company in order to avoid the $295 early termination fee. Return all equipment within 45 days of cancellation in order to avoid any equipment fees.
As with any contract you enter into, make sure you read it completely so you understand everything you agree to.
The application process is streamlined, allowing for online processing and an approval time that takes mere hours. Once approved, your equipment is shipped out and arrives pre-programmed for your specific business needs.
